What we give you as part of this course:
You don’t need to find time in your busy day to study this program, this has been designed in small but important chunks of information that make it relatively easy to incorporate into your daily activities. Kind of like a "Choose your own adventure": you will find what resonates and works for you and you will find out why.

You can do the program on a daily basis or to work through at your own pace. You can jump around and look at what resonates with you or you can do it in the order provided. You will receive an email every morning with your daily task and video if you want to keep on track, but you can also access the program online for 12 months if you want to take it slower.
